Non-Alc Pineapple Heat

This perfectly sweet, mildly spicy cocktail is perfect for any season and a great way to forget the weather outside! Made by our friend  @zeroproofgirl

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
• 2 oz tequila alternative (Lyre's Agave Blanco recommended)
• 4 oz Avec Jalapeño Blood Orange
• pinch of salt

Instructions:

• Gently mix tequila alternative and syrup in mixing glass with ice
• Pour into highball with ice and top with Avec
• Add a pinch of ice and stir once more
