An elevated and stunning zero proof Piña Colada! Made by our friend  @zeroproofgirl

Ingredients:

  • ½ oz Toasted Coconut Syrup
  • 2 oz Wilderton Lustre
  • 1 oz clarified pineapple juice
  • 4-5 droppers All The Bitter Orange Bitters
  • pinch of salt

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a shaker tin
  • Add ice and shake for 10-15 seconds
  • Strain and garnish

Glass:

  • martini

Garnish:

  • dehydrated pineapple
