A bitter and autumnal highball riff that hints at the nostalgia of a childhood soda pop, with a boozy twist. Created by Laura Christie at Revolution Spirits.

Ingredients:

  • ¾ oz Sugarcane Kola Syrup

  • 1 oz Noce Pecan

  • ⅔ oz Underburg bitters

  • 3 oz club soda

  • 2 dash orange bitters

Instructions:
  • Build in a highball glass filled with ice. Stir and garnish.
