Non-Alc Manta Ray

Mocktail made by @zeroproofgirl. inspired by @garretjrichard modern tropical cocktail. There are a lot of ingredients but they all come together in a harmonious way. Don’t skip the grated cinnamon & cinnamon stick garnish…it really adds another delicious dimension to the drink!

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp Fiery Ginger Syrup
  • 1 oz rum alternative
  • 1 oz gin alternative
  • ¾ oz cream of coconut
  • ¾ oz lime juice
  • ½ oz peach juice
  • 1 tsp honey syrup
  • 2 dashes tiki bitters
  • 4-6 mint leaves

Instructions:

  • Gently muddle the mint and add to a chilled glass
  • Blend remaining ingredients with about a cup of crushed ice until smooth
  • Pour into glass 

Glass:

  • coupe

Garnish:

  • grated cinnamon
  • cinnamon stick
  • sprig of mint
  • dehydrated lime slice (optional)
