The talented Ivy Mix conjured the hybridized offspring of a Daiquiri and a Manhattan. Sounds odd - but trust us this an excellent drink sourced from her Spirits of Latin America book!

Ingredients:

  • ¼ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
  • 2 oz pineapple rum (Plantation Stiggin's recommended)
  • ¼ oz Jamaican rum (Smith & Cross recommended)
  • 1 ½ oz verjus

    Instructions:

    • Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
    • Stir 20 seconds and strain into a coupe
