Non-Alc Mint Julep

A non-alcoholic version of the classic Mint Julep. Our Classic Gum Syrup adds a silkier, elevated flavor to this spring time cocktail. Made by our friend  @zeroproofgirl.

Ingredients:

  • ¼ oz Classic Gum Syrup
  • 2 ½ oz bourbon alternative (Kentucky 74 recommended)
  • 5-10 mint leaves

Instructions:

  • Muddle 5-10 mint leaves with gum syrup in a mixing glass
  • Add ice and bourbon alternative
  • Stir for 20 seconds and strain into a chilled rocks glass or julep cup
  • Express and garnish with a mint sprig
