Midnight Matinee Cocktail
Exotic, dark flavors harmonize in this easy-drinking cocktail.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Tropical Passionfruit Syrup
- 1 ½ oz dry sherry
- 1 ½ oz sweet vermouth
- barspoon peaty scotch
- barspoon Amaro (Nardini or similar)
Instructions:
- Add all to a mixing glass with ice
- Stir for 20 seconds and strain rocks glass with ice
- Express an orange peel and garnish
