
Masala Mule
This gin mule variant features sustainably grown and harvested pressed ginger for a zesty and fiery base, combined with a pinch of Garam Masala powder for unique complexity and global culinary flare. Fresh citrus and effervescent club soda provide lift and aromatic enhancement.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Fiery Ginger Syrup
- 1 ½ oz gin
- ¾ oz fresh lime juice
- pinch Garam Masala Curry Powder
- 2-3 oz Club soda
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a shaker
- Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Strain in a glass with ice and top with club soda
