Maiden's Blush No. 2
A dry and gin forward sour using subtle hints of absinthe and raspberry.
Ingredients:
- ¼ oz Raspberry Gum Syrup
- 1 ½ oz Old Tom gin
- ½ oz lemon
- barspoon of blanche absinthe
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
- Strain into a chilled coupe
