Mach 10

We're pushing the Jet Pilot to Mach 10. This adaptation (of an adaption) started with the Test Pilot, by Don the Beachcomber. Packed with classic tiki flavors, this cocktail is a delicious, blended sipper that's perfect for a summer weekend. I know what you're thinking. Maverick pushed his jet to Mach 10.2. But we saw what happens when you do that...

Ingredients:

• 1 oz Rio Red Grapefruit Cordial
• ¾ oz overproof pot still rum
• ½ oz overproof aged rum (151º)
• ¾ oz gold rum (Barcardi)
• ½ oz falernum liqueur
• ½ oz cinnamon syrup
• ½ oz lime juice
• 2 dash absinthe
• 1 dash aromatic bitters

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a blender
• Add about 1 cup of ice
• Blend on high until smooth and pour into a chilled rocks glass
• Hollow half a lime and place on top
• Pour 151º into lime and light it on fire
• Blow out the flame before drinking.
