Licky Boom Boom
Cocktail by @shake_and_stehr. Dark rum and cognac is a fantastic combo—made even better with Raspberry Gum Syrup. Rich, complex, and fruit-forward, this cocktail is the perfect companion to a boldly flavored meal with friends and loved ones!
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Raspberry Gum Syrup
- 1 oz overproof dark rum
- 1 oz cognac
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- ¾ oz pineapple juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled glass with crushed ice
- Garnish with a mint spring
