Sparkling wine and light rum combine for a delightful tropical sour.

Ingredients:

  • ½ oz Toasted Coconut Syrup
  • 2 oz light rum
  • 1 ½ oz sparkling wine
  • ¼ oz lime juice
  • 2 dashes aromatic bitters

Instructions:

  • Add add ingredients with ice to a cocktail shaker
  • Shake until chilled, about 10 seconds
  • Strain into a chilled glass
