King Daiquiri
So named for pineapple's crown (leaves), and the fact that this is a big, bold daiquiri. The cooling mint notes in fernet help this flavor profile work well into autumn.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
- 1 oz overproof rum (Plantation O.F.T.D recommended)
- 1 oz pineapple rum (Plantation Stiggins' recommended)
- ¼ oz fernet
- ¾ oz lime juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
- Strain into a chilled coupe
