The Kentucky Mule is a variation on the famed Moscow Mule, swapping the vodka for whiskey. We'd suggest a spicy rye whiskey here to complement the Fiery Ginger Syrup. This cocktail is a crowd pleaser that will become a fast favorite for whiskey fans!

Ingredients:

  • ½ oz Fiery Ginger Syrup
  • 2 oz whiskey
  • ½ oz lime
  • 2-3 oz club soda
  • 2 dashes aromatic bitters (optional)

Instructions:

  • Add syrup, bourbon, lime and bitters to a cocktail shaker
  • Add ice and short shake for 5 seconds
  • Strain into a copper mule mug filled with crushed ice
  • Top with club soda and stir

  • mint sprig
