Italian Sparrow

A ginger-spiced spritz with some Jungle Bird tendencies, this cocktail showcases tropical and bittersweet combinations. Made by our friend @heavymuddle

Ingredients:

  • ½ tsp Fiery Ginger Syrup
  • 1 ½ oz Aperol
  • ¾ oz pineapple rum
  • 1 ¼ oz grapefruit
  • 1 oz club soda
  • 3 oz sparkling wine

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients, except club soda and sparkling wine, to a shaker tin
  • Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
  • Double strain into a glass with ice
  • Add club soda and top with sparkling wine

Glass:

  • wine

Garnish:

  • pineapple
