Italian Sparrow
A ginger-spiced spritz with some Jungle Bird tendencies, this cocktail showcases tropical and bittersweet combinations. Made by our friend @heavymuddle
Ingredients:
- ½ tsp Fiery Ginger Syrup
- 1 ½ oz Aperol
- ¾ oz pineapple rum
- 1 ¼ oz grapefruit
- 1 oz club soda
- 3 oz sparkling wine
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients, except club soda and sparkling wine, to a shaker tin
- Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Double strain into a glass with ice
- Add club soda and top with sparkling wine
