Irish Maid
A fresh and light way to use Irish Whiskey - tastes like the first days of spring.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
- 2 oz Irish whiskey
- ½ oz elderflower liqueur
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- 2 slices cucumbers
Instructions:
- Muddle cucumbers and syrup in a cocktail shaker
- Add remaining ingredients and ice then shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass
- Garnish with cucumber slices
