A fresh and light way to use Irish Whiskey - tastes like the first days of spring.

Ingredients:

  • ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
  • 2 oz Irish whiskey
  • ½ oz elderflower liqueur
  • ¾ oz lemon juice
  • 2 slices cucumbers 

Instructions:

  • Muddle cucumbers and syrup in a cocktail shaker
  • Add remaining ingredients and ice then shake hard for 10 seconds
  • Strain into a chilled rocks glass
  • Garnish with cucumber slices
