Improved Japanese Cocktail
This upgraded sour from Toby Cecchini gives the original version a much needed punch of fresh lemon juice.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Almond Orgeat Syrup

2 oz brandy
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- 2 dashes Peychaud's bitters
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Garnish with a lemon wheel
