Iceberg Theory
Bright, zesty, and with a hint of cherry sweetness, this white rum and amaro cocktail is the perfect sip for any season. A twist of lime, a dash of maraschino, and a splash of soda bring it all together. Garnished with fresh mint, it’s as easy to make as it is to enjoy!
Ingredients:
- ⅔ oz Rio Red Grapefruit Cordial
- 1 ½ oz Amaro Montenegro
- 1 ½ oz white rum

¾ oz lime juice
- 1 tsp Maraschino cherry syrup (yup, directly from the jar of cherries)
- 1 oz soda water
Instructions:
- Combine the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well

Strain into a glass over ice and top with about 1 oz soda water
- Garnish with fresh mint
