The combination of pineapple gum syrup, Jamaican rum and Cynar suggest honey where there isn't any.

Ingredients:

  • ¾ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
  • 1 oz Jamaican rum (Smith & Cross)
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • ½ oz Cynar

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
  • Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
  • Strain into a chilled coupe
