Honey Badger
This cocktail was created in 2015 by Liam Baer at Fish and Meat in Hong Kong. No idea if the 2011 viral video, crazy nastyass honey badger, had any influence on the naming of this cocktail, but probably. You’ll see it’s similar to a Penicillin. The original recipe called for rosemary-infused bourbon, but muddling rosemary into the bourbon works great as well. We love this as a fall cocktail 🍁
