GT Turbo
A gin and tonic in espresso form! A delightful shaken sour with egg white and tonic syrup. From Tristan Stephenson at Purl in London. Treat this as an aperitivo.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Premium Tonic Syrup
- 1 ½ oz gin
- ½ oz lime juice
- egg white
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Shake for 5 seconds to break up the egg white
- Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled glass
Glass:
- champagne coupe
Garnish:
- Lime peel
