Grapefruit Rickey
A delightful update to the classic, minimalist cocktail. Though a touch of sweetness is added from our Rio Red Grapefruit Cordial, the addition of fleur de sel tincture, keeps the savory quality the drink is known for.
Ingredients:
- ¼ oz Rio Red Grapefruit Cordial
- 1½ oz gin
- 5-10 drops of fleur de sel tincture or a pinch of salt
- soda water
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients but water to a highball glass filled with ice
- Top with soda water and stir.
