Gordon's Cup
This delicious garden cocktail is sure to find its way into your rotation in the Spring and Summer months. The cooling cucumber pairs perfectly with an overproof gin, while salt, sugar and lime juice accent brilliantly. Pepper gives the cocktail a great spice base!
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Classic Gum Syrup
- 2 oz overproof gin
- ¾ oz lime juice
- 2-3 cucumber slices
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
Instructions:
- Muddle cucumber slices and gum syrup in a cocktail shaker
- Add remaining ingredients and 2-3 ice cubes to cocktail shaker
- Shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass
- Garnish with cucumber slices
