Gin Basil Julep
An herbal, savory take on the Southern classic.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
- 2 ½ oz gin
- basil
Instructions:
- Muddle 2-3 basil leaves with gum syrup in a mixing cup
- Add ice and gin, then stir for 20 seconds
- Strain into a chilled julep cup
- Express and garnish with basil
