Fly South
An original by Dustin Popp, this is a bold and complex tiki adventure perfect for warmer weather. Tasting notes are tropical, fruity, complex and bitter.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Toasted Coconut Syrup
- 1 ½ oz aged rum
- ¾ oz Bruto Americano (or Campari)
- ½ oz lime juice
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 2 dashes pimento bitters (or aromatic bitters)
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds

Strain into a chilled tiki mug or double rocks glass filled with crushed ice

Garnish:
- Pineapple fronds and toasted coconut
