False Alarm
A pisco + bubbles cocktail that creator Ivy Mix calls floral, bright and nuanced. Expect ample green grape and berry flavors.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Raspberry Gum Syrup
- 1 oz pisco
- ¼ oz Campari
- ½ oz lemon juice
- 2 oz champagne
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice
- Short shake for 5 seconds and strain into a wine glass
- Top with sparkling wine
