Non-Alc Espresso Tonic

Inspired by Fleet Coffee Co. in our hometown of Austin, this non-alcoholic coffee cocktail is a novel, refreshing use of tonic.

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Premium Tonic Syrup
• double shot espresso
• squeeze of lime juice to taste
• soda water

Instructions:

• Add tonic, espresso, and lime juice to a glass filled with ice
• Top with soda water and stir
