Non-Alc Espresso Tonic
Inspired by Fleet Coffee Co. in our hometown of Austin, this non-alcoholic coffee cocktail is a novel, refreshing use of tonic.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Premium Tonic Syrup
- double shot espresso
- squeeze of lime juice to taste
- soda water
Instructions:
- Add tonic, espresso, and lime juice to a glass filled with ice
- Top with soda water and stir
