Don's Coco Punch
Think of a long, tall piña colada built around aged tequila. An herbaceous kiss from Yellow Chartreuse makes this delightful highball truly unique.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Toasted Coconut Syrup
- ¼ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
- 1 ½ oz tequila reposado

¼ oz Yellow Chartreuse
- ½ oz lime juice
- 2 oz club soda
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Fill with ice and shake for 5 seconds
- Strain into a highball glass filled with ice
- Top with soda and stir to combine
