Our peach syrup, with a split base of mezcal and rye whiskey, adds a summer note to this whiskey sour.
Ingredients:
- 1 oz Yakima Valley Peach Syrup
- 1 oz mezcal
- 1 oz rye whiskey
- ¾ oz lemon juice
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 20 seconds
- Strain into a chilled rocks glass
