Cuba Libre
The Rum & Coke gets a glow up. This was the benchmark cocktail which we built our Sugarcane Kola Syrup around. The key is using a kola meant for cocktails, plus a squeeze of fresh lime!
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Sugarcane Kola Syrup
- 1½ oz aged rum
- ¼ oz lime juice
- 3 oz club soda
Instructions:
- Add add ingredients except soda water to a highball glass filled with ice
- Top with club soda and stir.
