This silken Martini riff balances zesty olive with deep bergamot.
Ingredients:

¼ oz Classic Gum Syrup
- 1½ oz vodka

¼ oz Italicus bergamot liqueur

¼ oz olive brine
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
- Stir 20 seconds and strain into a chilled coupe glass
- Express and garnish with a lemon twist
