Coconut Rum Punch
This highball take a simple rum + coconut base and lengthens it with club soda. For when you want South Sea daiquiri vibes with a lighter, more delicate flavor profile.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Toasted Coconut Syrup
- 1 ½ oz light rum
- ¼ oz lime juice
- 4 oz club soda
Instructions:
- Add rum, coconut syrup and lime to a highball glass filled with ice
- Top with soda water and stir
