Cirque Swizzle
From the creative mind of Jessica Gonzalez at Death & Co. Think of the classic Aviation cocktail, but more fun and refreshing.
Ingredients:
- ¼ oz Classic Gum Syrup
- 1 ½ oz gin
- ½ oz Yellow Chartreuse
- barspoon crème yvette
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- ½ oz vanilla syrup
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
- Dry shake hard for 10 seconds
- Pour into a chilled pilsner glass
- Top with another barspoon of crème yvette
