Chai'rish Coffee

This seasonal riff on a classic Irish Coffee delivers all the warming, comforting flavors of the original, but with an indulgent dose of chai spice complexity. 

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Chai Spice Tea Syrup
• 1 ½ oz Irish whiskey
• 4 oz hot coffee
  
• whipped cream and cinnamon garnish

Instructions:

• Add chai tea syrup and Irish whiskey in a mixing glass, then top with hot coffee
• Stir 20 seconds and strain into a mug
• Garnish with whipped cream and grated cinnamon
