Carolyn's Bay of Figs
This cocktail's flavor profile is a bit like a cold-weather appropriate rum and coke! Our friend Carolyn (@carolinaverbena) modified the original to create a version she loves even more.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Caramelized Fig Syrup
- 2 oz aged rum
- ½ oz lime juice
- 2 dashes aromatic bitters
- 3 oz light ginger beer
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients, except ginger beer, to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled highball glass
- Top with ginger beer
