This super refreshing Gin and Tonic variation gets a botanical boost from cucumber and elderflower. 

Ingredients:

  • ½ oz Premium Tonic Syrup
  • 1 ½ oz gin
  • ½ oz elderflower liqueur
  • 2 dashes cucumber bitters
  • 3 oz club soda

Instructions:

  • Add tonic, elderflower liqueur, bitters and gin to a highball glass filled with ice
  • Top with club soda and stir

Glass:

  • highball

Garnish:

  • cucumber strip
