Tequila is a made for spice. Pineapple and lime keep things fresh and light. A delicious and easy spicy marg variant!

Ingredients:

  • ¾ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
  • 1 ½ oz tequila
  • ¼ oz Ancho Reyes Ancho liqueur
  • ¾ oz lime juice
  • 3 dashes mole bitters

    Instructions:

    • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker
    • Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
    • Strain into a chilled coupe
