This gorgeous highball is a testament to how a lot of complex flavors can be perfectly balanced into a refreshing, easy-drinking long drink.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Real Grenadine
- 1 ½ oz light rum
- ¾ oz pomegranate green tea
- ¾ oz lemon juice

barspoon Asian pear shrub
- 3 oz club soda
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients except club soda to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 5 seconds (short shake)
- Strain into a chilled highball filled with ice and top with soda
