Batida Rosa
A light and refreshing highball that is complex yet quenching. Featuring cachaça.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Real Grenadine
- ½ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
- 2 oz cachaça
- ¾ oz lemon juice
- 3 oz club soda
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients except soda to a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 5 seconds
- Strain into a chilled glass and top with soda
