Ingredients:
- barspoon Pineapple Gum Syrup
- 1 oz bourbon
- 1 oz amaro (Meletti recommended)
- barspoon Green Chartreuse
- 1 dash aromatic bitters
Instructions:
- Add ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
- Stir 20 seconds and strain into a chilled glass over ice
