Inspired by the 2023 summer blockbuster Barbie! The sweet raspberry syrup combined with the tart cranberry and lime gives this drink a perfectly balanced fruit flavor profile. The pink sugar rim, club soda and raspberry garnish give it that quintessential pink and bubbly Barbie vibe. Sweet, tangy and playful - Barbie would be proud!

Ingredients:

  • ½ oz Raspberry Gum Syrup
  • 1  ½ oz vodka
  • 1 oz unsweet cranberry juice
  • ½ oz fresh lime juice
  • 1-2 oz of club soda

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients except club soda to a cocktail shaker
  • Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
  • Strain into a chilled martini glass
  • Add dash of club soda
  • Garnish with fresh raspberries and sugar rim
