Autumn Oasis
A perfect collins for the last warm days before autumn. Pineapple and citrus hold on to the feeling of summer, while the scotch and sugarcane kola syrup prepare us for turning leaves and chilly evenings.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
- ¼ oz Sugarcane Kola Syrup
- 2 oz The Famous Grouse Smoky Black blended scotch
- ½ oz lime
- 3 dashes orange bitters
- soda water
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients, except the soda water, to a mixing tin
- Shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass
- Top with soda water
