Apples All the Way Down
A dash of bitters and fresh rosemary balance the sweetness of this bright highball that's brimming with fall fruit flavor.
Ingredients:
- ¾ oz Real Grenadine
- 1 oz apple brandy
- ½ oz lemon juice
- 1-2 dashes aromatic bitters
- 4-6 oz apple cider (alcoholic, carbonated)
Instructions:
- Add syrup, lemon, and brandy to a highball glass filled with ice
- Top with cider and stir
- Slap a sprig of rosemary to release its oils and garnish
