American Pharaoh

This complex and refreshing julep riff feature a beautiful combination of brandy, sherry, and luscious strawberry. Sherry's slight salinity pairs perfectly with bright strawberry and cooling mint for a unique and captivating cocktail!

Ingredients:

• ¼ oz Pacific Strawberry Syrup
• 1 ¾ oz brandy
• ¼ oz Lustau East India Sherry
• 6 mint sprigs

Instructions:

• Muddle mint and syrup in a chilled julep tin
  
• Add remaining ingredients and fill with crushed ice
• Swizzle until cup frosts over and top with crushed ice

Glass:

• Julep or rocks
