Absinthe Frappé
A dreamy classic that makes absinthe approachable and surprisingly refreshing.
Ingredients:
- ½ oz Classic Gum Syrup
- 1 ½ oz absinthe
- 2 oz club soda
Instructions:
- Combine syrup and absinthe in a cocktail shaker
- Add ice and shake hard for 10 seconds
- Strain into a chilled highball glass or goblet
- Top with club soda and garnish with fresh mint
