Our strawberries are grown on North America’s West Coast, where they soak in the ideal Mediterranean climate and 6+ hours of direct sunlight a day required to produce the juiciest, most flavorful fruit. Our strawberries are hand-harvested from mid-June through the summer months.

Refreshing option for fresh twist on classics
I was so pleased that this tastes like strawberries and not a cloying "strawberry flavor." I've tried it in a few of the recipes made available via the Liber & Co. QR Code and have really enjoyed the Strawberry Ritz (a strawberry sidecar) and Go Fly a Kite - a great little gin cocktail. I always appreciate great options to use my yellow chartreuse! This syrup brought a little pop of summer into a really cold night in December.
