Bright, zesty, and with a hint of cherry sweetness, this white rum and amaro cocktail is the perfect sip for any season. A twist of lime, a dash of maraschino, and a splash of soda bring it all together. Garnished with fresh mint, it’s as easy to make as it is to enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • ⅔ oz Rio Red Grapefruit Cordial
  • 1 ½ oz Amaro Montenegro
  • 1 ½ oz white rum
  • ¾ oz lime juice 
  • 1 tsp Maraschino cherry syrup  (yup, directly from the jar of cherries)
  • 1 oz soda water

Instructions:

  • Combine the ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well
  • Strain into a glass over ice and top with about 1 oz soda water
  • Garnish with fresh mint
