Duc De Normandie Sazerac
A lovely fall-time sipper! Our Chai Spice Syrup adds the perfect touch of extra baking spices. Made by our friend @anushu802
Ingredients:
- 1 tsp Chai Spice Tea Syrup

1 ½ oz Rye
- 1 oz Calvados (or apple brandy)
- ½ oz Amaro Ramazzotti
- 3 dashes peychauds bitters
- 2 dashes apple bitters
Instructions:
- Absinthe rinse a chilled glass
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice
- Stir 20 seconds and strain into a chilled rocks glass
- Spritz with lemon and garnish with the peel
