Single Village Fix

This simple sour has a powerful combination of flavors!  Pineapple and smoky mezcal are a match made in happen, and both benefit from the zesty lime.  A simple but delicious combination!

Ingredients:

• ¾ oz Pineapple Gum Syrup
• 2 oz mezcal
• ¾ oz lime

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker 
• Add ice and shake for 10 seconds
• Strain into a chilled glass
