Rum Flip

A rum flip is super easy and big on flavor. Demerara sugarcane + an egg is unctuous, hearty and absolutely delicious. Don't skip the grated nutmeg!

Ingredients:

• ½ oz Demerara Gum Syrup
• 2 oz aged rum
• 1 whole egg
  

Instructions:

• Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake without ice
  
• Add ice and shake hard for another 10 seconds
• Double strain into a chilled coupe
  

Glass:
